Umm, interesting at half time, eh?

Me, I’m rooting for the Argies….yes, I know about the little unpleasantness, I’m from a Navy family FFS.

But, as the old phrase has it, Argentines are a bunch of Italians who speak Spanish and think they are English. Vastly better than Les Frogs, obviously. At least there is aspiration.

Something of a hostage to fortune, obviously, this post.

Update: gonna be interesting, that group…..will Ireland beat them?

Next really interesting game….Portugal on Sunday. First time in a decade and more that I’ve had people personally known to me playing a World Cup match.
