They seem to have gone to town today on the subject.
Work blogs, with a list of them. That copper in N. Wales, Crippen, Tom Reynolds and Bystander. Three good ones anyway.
Some of the comments at La Petite. More on the La Petite story containing this little gem (although widely separated in the text):
She has given interviews in English and French and been offered £5,000,
which she turned down, by a British tabloid for an exclusive interview.
..
I am especially proud that she turned down £5,000 from the Daily Mail."
They won’t like that, being called a tabloid.
Even a leader on the subject.
Of course, what the Telegraph now needs to do is to hire a blogging supremo, one that can force them into the mainstream of the British, even global, medium. Should be, ooooh, well educated (same place and time as Martin Newland perhaps?), left footer, properly eurosceptic, liberal in the classical sense of that word, already in with the subs (well, one or two of them anyway), already working for the paper on a freelance basis perhaps? I wonder who would be best?
Ahem.
Update. Over at The Guardian this is the piece which that "Research for Roo" post helped out with. Or didn’t, as I can only see one that they didn’t already know about which we told them about.
