The Magistrate looks at the liklihood for bail in the case of the NatWest Three who are now on their way to the US.

Basically, what would the bail conditions be if they turned up in front of him? (Not too bad seems to be the answer).

However, there’s one thing that I’ve seen bandied about and am not sure of. As they have been pursuing a case against their extradition they are, under the US system, assumed to be fugitives from justice. Thus no bail at all. I hope I’m proved wrong of course.
