I also rather disagree with Val McQueen’s piece on the 90 day detentions. (Note, double jeopardy was not voted on just last week. It was scrapped in April.)

Does anyone know whether double jeopardy survives in N Ireland or Scotland, and, if so, why it was vital to abolish it in England?
(No cracks to the effect that TB has arranged zero jeopardy in NI, please.)
