John Tierney has replicated the old Julian Simon bet. Just one thought, the oil futures market goes out to 7 years, doesn’t it? Does the options market also go that far? And would Mr. Simmons like to take on more people? I’ll admit that I don’t know the details of the market but that looks like a perfect arbitrage opportunity to me.
