    By the way, Euro latin specialist or not, I think it’s supposed to be “Censeo ceterum …dilendam esse,” though, admittedly, word placement is often not as critical in Latin.

    Tim adds: Well, I did actually check it with the EU’s in-house latin translator, so I think it’s right.

    I know. Read that. I think, gramatically, it makes no difference, Latin being Latin. But it seems to ‘sing’ better the other way. Also, and remember this is many (oh, _very_ many) barrels of scotch ago, I think Cato said it the other way.
    Then again, consider: if an EU rep told you it should be one way is that not the best of all possible reasons to say it the other?
