Breaking 500 Year Old News.

The New York Times advances the newspaper business today by breaking 500 year old news:

For years now, we’ve been hearing about the importance of hydration to
avoid heat stroke during prolonged exercise in hot weather. Now, it
turns out, too much hydration can kill you.

Good stuff, eh, I mean, who knew?

    The Army has actually, on rare occasion to be sure, managed to kill some basic trainees by excessive rehydration.
