Via Tim I find this new superhero, Captain Euro. Despite my disappointment that he does not spend his time fighting curved bananas, imprisoning those who sell them in pounds (while stones apparently escape his notice) nor protecting us from the evils of trial by jury or Habeus Corpus, I do find the character interesting. For it appears to be a creation of this company, Twelve Stars Communications Ltd who have, um, a fairly close?, relationship with the European Union:

I wonder how much taxpayer’s money has gone into this eh?
