There appears to be an Eric Dane sex tape out there.

However, there seem to be a few problems with this Eric Dane video. The first is that he actually made it with his own wife, Rebecca Gayheart. Come on, seriously dude, who is going to believe that TV stars actually have sex with their own marriage partners? Sure, Rebecca Gayheart is indeed very good looking but there's no need to put up such a pretence of marital lust just for us you know.

The second problem is that there's a third person in the tape. Kari Ann Peniche. Now OK, threesomes are not exactly unheard of but there's thought that Kari Ann Peniche might have been there on a professional basis rather than a purely lust one.

Which leads to the Third problem: if good looking rich and famous people have to pay for their sex fantasies, what hope for the rest of us?

And then to the fourth: the police are very interested in whether Kari Ann was indeed being paid.
