Now we think that this is all something from a far away country of which we know nothing, yes?
However, umm, the current and the last Administrations in the US have been willing, indeed, they have urged that it is not only legal but required, that those not found guilty, those not tried, those merely suspected or accused, with no evidence at all, should be jailed for life.
Guantanamo is different only in extent, not in basic logic.
