Katy Perry got so carried away while performing new single Hot N Cold that her nipple popped out for all to see. 

Katy threw herself to the floor while performing and on getting up discovered her assets on display.  She nipped off stage, sorted herself out and then returned to carry on singing.

Having seen her dress, she really should have had something a little less tight on.  Those puppies look like they were looking for any excuse to escape!
