Phil Collins has just shelled out $47 million to settle his third divorce. The lead singer of Genesis surpassed the Mills-McCartney settlement, making this the largest ever settlement in a British celebrity divorce.
Now I know what you are thinking, third divorce, has he not thought about a prenuptial agreement. Well apparently not as he was stung for $34 million in 1994 when he divorced his second wife by sending her a fax!
Collins has now spent a whooping $81 million in divorce settlements which is estimated to be a third of his fortune.
