Madonna is set to adopt another child. Madonna has renewed her efforts to adopt Mercy James, a three-year-old girl also from Malawi. Madonna and Guy Richie put the adoption on hold to concentrate on rebuilding their marriage after rumors of an affair with Alex Rodriguez surfaced.
Apparently they now feel strong enough to continue the adoption which is close to being finalized. This will increase the Madonna brood to four, still nowhere near the Jolie-Pitts!
