Mary-Kate Olsen has refused to take part in the investigation into Heath Ledger’s death unless she get immunity from prosecution.  Olsen who was Ledger’s girlfriend at the time of his death has ignored repeated attempts by federal investigators to speak to them with regards to events leading to his death.  They are also interested in how Ledger got hold of the powerful painkiller OxyContin which was found in his autopsy.

Federal investigators have spoken to a number of people connected with the case including the masseuse who found him, his family and the mother of his two-year-old-daughter, actress Michelle Williams. All were said to be very helpful with the investigation.

So what does Mary-Kate have to hide?  No one asks for immunity unless the information they has incriminates them in some way.  We will have to wait and see if she stumps up the true events leading up to the death of Heath Ledger.
