Russell Brand has a new 2 year, $3 million, two book deal which will see his autobiography, My Booky Wooky published in the US by Harper Collins. Brand has already made inroads into the US with a part playing a sexy rock star in the Judd Apatow-produced comedy, Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

I’m not sure how the US will take Brands prurient style of comedy, he may just end up being a dead loss.
