Unconfirmed rumours. Very unconfirmed, given that after three days no major news outlet is carrying the story. The last MSM mention seems to be this:

with a weekend getaway.

"We drove to the Bacara [Resort in Santa Barbara], where we

The former Miss USA and the Blink-182 drummer, who starred in MTV’s reality series Meet the Barkers, wed in a Nightmare-Before-Christmas-themed ceremony on Halloween Eve in 2004. Then came a bitter breakup in 2006. A brief reconciliation fizzled in July. Still Moakler remains undaunted.

That’s from the 13th and if Travis Barker really were dead you’d expect there to have been something reported by now.
