Christina Aguilera has confirmed that she is pregnant.

Christina Aguilera has finally admitted to what everyone else has guessed for some time now: She’s pregnant.

While talking to Glamour magazine about her 2008 New Year’s
resolutions, the singer said: "That’ll be about the time I enter into
mommyhood, so I’m hoping to have started a beautiful family with my
husband!" Aguilera added: "I want to get it right, to balance that well
with my career… When you get married and have a team mate in life,
you don’t have time for the people around you that are just going to
weigh you down.

"I’m all about peace and keeping people that are honest and loving in my life."

Err, yes, many people had indeed guessed that she was pregnant. The bit about being fat but only in the belly sorta gave it away really.

Christina Aguilera says she’s expecting a baby, finally confirming
what has become obvious over the past few months. The 26-year-old
singer told Glamour’s U.K. edition that her plans for New Year’s Eve
involve a new baby.

"That’ll be about the time I enter into
mommyhood so I’m hoping to have started a beautiful family with my
husband!" Aguilera is quoted as saying in a story posted on the
magazine’s Web site.

E-mails to Aguilera’s representatives seeking comment weren’t immediately returned Monday.

Aguilera and music executive Jordan Bratman were married in 2005.

every time her unborn baby farts, Christina Aguilera has finally
decided to tell the world what it already knew, breaking the news to Glamour magazine when it asked her about new year’s resolutions.
