The BBC World Service (World Have Your Say show) will today be debating the question:
Does every child have the right to have access to sports facilities?
No.

Well, if you define a sports facility as a public park, well, yes, they should have the right of access like everyone else.
I assume the BBC question is whether all children have a right to custom-designed gyms and such like. Then the answer is a clear no.
Problem with the BBC/lefty mindset is that they don’t realise sports facilities in the broad sense are just about everywhere. The problem is that coddled kids have lost the imagination to use them. -
Equally important is whether every child has an inalienable right to find sport deeply boring, if they so choose.

What Bob B says, it’s largely a waste of time and/or a job-creation schemes for perverts and psychopaths.

The BBC world service exists mainly to provide employment for posh Brits who need to assuage their guilt at having so much. The rest of us can ignore it, even if we can’t stop paying for it.

Sports facilities should be available and compulsory – such as ditch digging, road clearing, And above all walking.
That would make the little dear lean and less frisky.
