Shouldn’t that be “…when a policeman starts leaving the country…”

Well, he talks about “hundreds of British police officers”. I’d be interested seeing that as a percentage of the total force versus recruitment. Are we talking a net loss of officers? Not like you to not query the numbers, Tim.
