Lincs.

Serving lightly poached Trot no doubt.

  1. Badoom Tisch….
But as for no. 20 Juniper, Altrincham, Cheshire I must have gone on a day when the kitchen was being run by someone else – bloody awful. Obviously, just personal opinion – like that of the Times’ reviewer, I s’pose.
Tim adds: Long time since I ate at Le Champignon Sauvage in Cheltenham as well (or The Priory in Bath) so either they’ve improved immeasurably since or British food still isn’t very good.

  2. And I presume The Kitchin, Edinburgh (38) only serves Deviled dishes? Yes, yes, I know he’s not there anymore, but still….

  3. I’d appreciate recommendations for one (or two) outstanding restaurants. That’s probably all I will be able to afford while there. Any ideas?
