Cash For Honours Charges

Eh?

The Metropolitan Police is likely to face a furious political backlash
today with an expected announcement by the Crown Prosecution Service
that no-one will be charged following the 16-month "cash for honours" inquiry.

I think I’ll wait for the formal announcement. This whole case has been so beset with spin and leaks from all sides…..

  1. Tony and the Goblin King presumably struck a devilish pact whereby if Tony hands over keys to No. 10, the Goblin King makes sure the case is shelved.

  2. Can someone, please, tell me what this news report was all about then?
“Jack Dromey, the Labour Party treasurer investigating secret loans to the party, has previously complained that ‘rich men are too influential at Downing Street’.
“Treasurer since 2004, Mr Dromey has said he knew nothing about loans totalling millions of pounds made to the party in the run-up to the 2005 general election.”
