And then, with liberal willful misinterpretation, Worstall claims that government now wishes to extend this to "[trumping] the rights of consenting adults to do as they wish on private property." Neither
the consultation document nor the legislation itself actually required
that private residential space were to be smokefree.
Sigh….missing the point. Despite their name, "public houses" are private property.
