Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton

Double standards again:

Germany’s civil service is not the first to proclaim the benefits of
power napping – former US President Bill Clinton is said to have been a
prominent practitioner.

When Ronald Reagan did it it was called sleeping on the job, with Bill, power napping. Those darned lefties, distorting things again.

Anyway, an opportunity to trot out the old story from Charles V of Spain about how to have the perfect siesta (or power nap as above).

You will need your throne, your throne room and the key to your castle. Seat yourself on your throne, castle key gripped in your left hand. Go to sleep. As and when you enter sleep deep enough that your hand relaxes and the key topples to the stone floor, it will wake you. This is the perfect length of time for a power nap.
