Crack Really is a Terrible Problem

No, really, it is, crack can devastate communities.

A law banning low-slung trousers as obscene has been passed by a town council in Louisiana, with fines up to $500 (£255) or six months in jail.

But I remain unconvinced that a $500 fine for builders’ crack is going to solve much.

  1. I have no doubt that you will warn us all in good time if statutory restrictions on décolletage are applied by some local law enforcement agencies in the US. Such issues enliven our days and serve to strengthen our admiration for the Land of the Free.

It’s not crack, anyway: they are defining the exposure of underpants as indecent. So what if you wore shorts over the underpants, but under the trousers? Is that indecent? Exposing middle layers of clothes is indecent? Would that apply to waistcoats too?
Stupid country. A nation of repressed Protestants who prefer to kill joy rather than see to their own affairs.

Hey…Whatch it. We Protestants are in Germany. Anyway, low-slung pants are showing to the world that “Hey, I’m so cheap I can’t even buy a belt! I MUST be gansta!!” So, it is dealling with Internal Affairs as a Gangster Support Suppressent. But, it isn’t expected to be as good as a supressant as a 12 Gauge shotgun. Besides, crack is a drug in the US, not what’s seen on the rear end of a plumber. So watch your slang buddy.
