In
You know, a few weeks ago, when Amanda accused you of being obsessed with her, I was “on your side” in terms of thinking that was a bit of exaggeration.
I’ve pretty much abandoned that view.
Oh, I wouldn’t say that Tim is different than any number of good bloggers I read who consider Marcotte impossible to ignore given that she provides endless examples unintentional hilarity and poor writing skills. (Bryan Appleyard comes immediately to mind as yet another who cannot resist Marcotte’s dual charms.)
I have not read the work in question, of course, but
Disgrammatical Gibberish
could be the winner.
What shocked me most was that someone could write that badly and make money at it.
And presumably there *won’t* be any prizes for guessing the proportion of chapters devoted to surviving in:
a) the US and other free countries
vs
b) Actually repressive countries…
