We don’t respond to the blatant indecency of animal nudity sufficiently seriously these days which inevitably sets a bad example:

In times past when the public was more acutely sensitive about such issues, for a while there was an active media campaign against animal nudity in America – appropriately linked to the marketing of fashions for both domestic pets and farm animals with the tag line: A Nude Horse is a Rude Horse.
