We must do something about skunk, says a new report:
Ms Wallace said the killings could have been prevented if there was more rigorous control of the drug.
As Peter Risdon has pointed out, this might be somewhat counter-productive. Skunk has been bred specifically to reduce the risks of importing cannabis which is, after all, illegal.
