Doing a teensie piece of work elsewhere I ran across mention of a drug, a so called "party drug" called sextasy.
Apparently it’s a mixture of Viagra and Ecstasy.
From my limited knowledge of such things doesn’t the former give you a raging hard on and the latter prevent you from ejaculating? That actually sounds quite painful really.

Not a new invention – merely that the latter tends to increase the need for the former. And since you’ll probably still be awake anyway…
Mixing Viagra with any recreational drugs gets very complicated and can have mixed results.

Mind you, I’ve dated more than a few women who had the same effect on me.
Frankly, I’ve never much cared whether women faked their orgasms, it’s all the same to me.
It’s like the old joke:
Q. If a man has four beers, and a woman has four beers, who’s going to reach orgasm first?
A. Who cares?
I’d hardly say that it’s a ‘party drug’ (you know how the media inflates these things. Hoho.). Can you imagine walking around a club with a tent pole in your trousers? Don’t think it would go down all that well, to be frank (not the spazzy anti-drugs Frank).
How about ket with Viagra?
That’d be like the reverse of waking up in the morning with a hard on. Maybe.
(You can have some amazingly rampant sex on pills, actually- lasts for hours. ‘Course, it depends on how much, who with and when…)
