press must take care not to publish inaccurate, misleading or distorted
information, including pictures." Now imagine the culture shock for all
of us if truly independent adjudicators applied that maxim every day.

  2. Hmm, I think you’ve confused “Not agreeing with Tim Worstall” with a breach of Article 1.
    Tim adds: Well, clearly, it’s only an oversight on their part that it isn’t.

    I suppose this means that quotes from politicians are now verboten until proven to be the exception to the rule of general falsehood?
