One of the bugbears of doing business in the US is the time and effort it can take to actually incorporate a company. Once in California it took 3 weeks and $2,000.
I rather wish I’d known of this service (orrather, that it had existed) back then. Online and cheap company incorporation.
This wouldn’t be related to the payperpost story by any chance?

Älthough I think the Avian Comestible got it right with his first comment. This might well need to migrate eslewhere.
