Not only a blog post lifted without attribution by a newspaper. Oh no. The blogger specifically drew the attnetion of the editor to the piece and STILL didn’t get attribution.
That’s just impolite.

You think that’s bad? My sister (a journalist working in healthcare) wrote an article and sent it into a national broadsheet to see if they were interested in buying it from her. Next day she found it in the paper concerned, printed in full and without attribution, having heard nothing back from them whatsoever.
