Something up at TCS for World Water Day. Yes, the poor do need to be exploited by the capitalist water barons. Just as with happens with ourselves, they’ll get water that doesn’t kill them that way.

Tim, you must have run out of space or something, because you didn’t mention your solution for communities too poor and therefore too unprofitable for private companies to be interested in – like many in Sub-Sarahan Africa.
