Would it be possible, I wonder, to ask for a favour?
Could said reviews (and yes, all of them, good and bad, warts and all) be added to the review section at Amazon?
I don’t want to cut and paste your words, they’re not mine to dispose of as I wish, so is it possible to ask this of you?

All of the contributor copies of the books have been sent out. Did you send us your postal address? If so, then it must’ve been lost in the post, if not, then please do.
