The ‘have a go at Bush’ thing seems to have done wonders for the amount of coverage he’s getting in the media. Quite appauling really.

Sorry I didn’t thank you for your linking to my blogpost earlier, but we in Florida are still reeling from Hurricane Wilma — I didn’t have internet all day, as they must still be resetting the lines. Ah well.

As I mentioned in my piece, no one in their right minds thinks the Prince has converted to Islam.
But what Daniel Pipes does (he of the Conspiracy Theory debunking), is that he chronicles the Prince of Wales’ “entente cordiale” overtures specifically with Muslim communities around the world.
They are of much more numerous, than say, to Jews, rabbinal colleges, Israel, etc. (He’s been to Saudi Arabia over 17 times??).
Bizarre.
P.S.: The start of his visit to the US has been very low-key. No one is at all interested in them, and especially ‘er.
Just a quick visit to the site of the Twin Towers to remember the 9/11 victims, whilst his mother was at St. Paul’s doing a not dissimilar thing.
One of their stops will be to New Orleans, where I’m sure the Prince will mention the Greenhouse Effect on the environment. Sigh.
