7/7 Public Inquiry.

Peaktalk notes that certain groups are calling for a public inquiry into 7/7. As Pieter says, why?

The Telegraph reports on the same thing. Seems an entire waste of space to me.

Muslim leaders believe that a public inquiry into the July 7 suicide
attacks will expose a deep well of resentment at Government policy in
Iraq and the Middle East.

We need a public inquiry to work that one out?

One response

  1. Errrm, no. Perhaps a public enquiry will expose a deep well of resentment at the increasing Islamification of this country, and at the fact that mosques are allowed to flourish whose leaders preach hatred and support terrorism. Or at the pathetic smokescreen statements issued by Muslim leaders saying “we oppose the taking of innocent lives” (conveniently omitting the fact that according to the Koran, “innocent” means Muslim and no-one else).
Ah, but wait a second, no. A publi c enquiry would undoubtedly reveal only what the Gov’t wants it to reveal. So I take that all back, you’re absolutely correct.
