And I have to say, that was quality live blogging. Particularly the line about the Californians.
As a frequent business class traveller myself, I rather hope that, should I be in a similar position, prior to being let off the plane the flight attendants would have the good grace to hand round those marvellously warm hand towels. It would be the decent thing to do.
