Interesting: but remember that 13 times not much equals precious little.

Thje hyrdrogen economy will work fine if you can get Parliamanet (or Congress) to change the Laws of Physics. Otherwise the problems of production / bulk storage / portable storage are only cost effective when fossil fuels (and there is a whole lot of coal / lignite/ oil tars) is about 10 times current costs.
Otherwise the hydrogen economy is so much babble.
Tim adds: I fear you are sorely misinformed. Several methods of protable storage (the major problem) are under development.
