Song Competition.

Stolen Borrowed from the Llamabutchers is the following competition. Take the lyrics to a song, go to Babelfish and translate from English to German, then German to French and French back to English again. Post the results and geek points for those who can identify the song. Here’s mine:

Me the Breeze, do not call you me hold to roast to the bottom the road
which it me the Breeze to call, me holds, road I to roast to the
bottom me, I carry maintenance me not of freight not of modification
in time are, not to be not modification in me is not modification in
time, is not above modification in me, I are not hidin ‘, are not
hidin ‘ of me me this green light received to shift above the baby, me
were received, to hold received this green light, baby, me were
received, to shift above to hold could in California expire

Extra points on this one if you can name both the songwriter and original artist and the band that made the (longer) version famous.
