There is a Reason for Crooked Timber.

Contrary to popular belief there is actually a reason to read Crooked Timber, one that might even be used to go so far as to justify it’s existence. This post.

I love the final line of the post, comments one and three, and look down to comment 32 for a John B zinger.

But that isn’t all. Pointing me to the entire radio series as MP3s on the web. Now that does justify CT.

  1. Yes, I’d read a CT that comprised only film reviews. That said, I’d read a blog composed solely of Chris Bertram’s stuff. Frankly, his co-bloggers at CT are way below his standard on all sorts of levels, and I never understood why he threw his lot in with them in the first place; they just drag him down.
