From the Guardian Diary, an opportunity for anyone who happens to resemble Il Duce himself:
Finally, an exciting
opportunity has come to our notice: namely, that there isn’t a single
Robert Kilroy-Silk lookalike on the books of any UK agency. We know
because we spent much of this week attempting to hire one. We weren’t
sure what we were going to do with him – it was a toss up between
photographing him on the white cliffs of Dover with a megaphone or just
your basic torture trophy snaps – but all the bookers told us there’d
be masses of work if anyone came forward. Reinforcing our commitment to
public service journalism, then, we advise any silver-pelted Diary
readers with a working sun lamp and a thing for slurry to hit the
phones.
