The Office of Fair Trading released a list of the top ten most common frauds in the UK. Losses are estimated at a billion a year.
The Grauniad ran a report on it but they only listed seven of the ten. You can compare the two lists if you like but no, sadly the three the G missed are not Nu Labour, the EU and the UN.

A billion’s only a rounding error with those three.
