"A line of cocaine costs less than a cappuccino in some parts of the
country," the newspapers reported earlier this week. It’s the sort of
figure that really brings you up short. Has the problem really got so
far out of control, so fast? I knew Starbucks was a rip-off, but that
just takes the mickey.
