Sid Blumenthal writes in the Grauniad on the Clinton Library Opening. The headline, which I know he didn’t write but the phrase appears later in what he did:

Sid, do you really have such a tin ear? Are you really so incapable of seeing the obvious joke? Do you really fail to see that there are certain phrases you just shouldn’t use when talking about anything at all to do with Bubba?
It is Clinton’s reputation that is linked to a gulp, the one that didn’t happen. No blue dress, no impeachment…if only Monica had gulped, eh, rather than spilled?
