You might want to check the link I put up to a CDC announcement that teen pregnancy rates in certain groups have declined to 1946 levels in the US. The Guardian, of course, has dissed these “Jesus Freak” programs on many occasions, including of course Ms. Nanny State herself, Polly Crackers.
