Burberry’s Results.

Burberry reported rising profits and, well:

Burberry, the upmarket fashion house, today reported an 18% increase in first-half profits to £78.8m, but issued a conservative outlook for the rest of the year.

Now that every chav in the land requires a series of outfits in their trademarked plaid yes, I can imagine that profits are up. I’d also be slightly worried about the long term future of the brand: when your product is the clothing of choice to throw up in it’s going to be tough to maintain an image of exclusivity.

    You spoiling my chavdaq index.
Can you think of any other shares that need listing in the Chavdaq or GPSE or even the Cack 40?
