Booker Prize Winner.

Last night saw the announcement of the winner of the Booker Prize, The UK’s premiere literary award. I have to say that I’m not a reader of such literary works, being at heart a philistine. I’m still amazed though at the inventiveness, the imagination, the intense creativity in the plotting that goes into these sorts of books. Last year, DB Pierre, a cocaine and sex addict won for a book about a cocaine and sex addict and this year, a gay Oxford graduate writes about a gay Oxford graduate. Just brilliance, sheer genius, to come up with such stories. How do they do it?
